This website is an interactive information center for members and guests. It also serves our club’s leadership as an administrative hub. Literally and figuratively this website is the 'Corporate Headquarters' of VIP Online Toastmasters.
We recommend inconveniencing as many electrons as you like by consulting this website to find answers to your questions. As an active member you will frequently visit the Member Resources folder on the website's main menu where you find a wealth of helpful links.
Our philosophy is, "If it's on this site, you can count on its contents to be correct or be a viable solution." Consequently, this is a very dynamic website, perpetually updated and upgraded.

This officer is the Chief Executive Officer, responsible for supervision and operation of the club.
The President sets the tone for the club and provide helpful, supportive leadership for all activities.
This officer is responsible for planning club meetings and ensuring each member has the opportunity to achieve their educational goals.
The VP Education is the second highest ranking club officer.
This officer manages the process of bringing guests to meetings and encouraging guests to become members.
The VP Membership maintains the constant flow of members to the club.

The VP Public Relations is charged with the publication of the club's website, social media, newsletter and promotional materials. Additionally, this officer ensures that the club's PR is representative of the Toastmasters brand.
This officer maintains club records, manages files, handles club correspondence and takes minutes at each club business and executive meeting.
This officer is the club's accountant.
The treasurer manages the club's bank account; actualizing all authorized collections and disbursements.
This officer arrives early to meetings, greets guests, makes them feel welcomed.
Additionally, the Sergeant at Arms collects and records guest's contact information.
As this club's Founders, Sponsors and Mentors, Ted and Gina provide guidance and mentoring for the club and its members.
Now that you are a member of VIP Online Toastmasters...
Step 1
Go to the Toastmasters International website at https://www.toastmasters.org and create your Toastmasters Profile. You should have received an email from Toastmasters International which explains the process. If you need assistance reach out and we will be glad to help.
Step 2
Contact the VP Education for assistance in enrolling in Pathways. Pathways is the Toastmasters International soft skills training program. All of the club's meetings are a part of the Pathways program.

Step 3
Once you are enrolled in Pathways, your next step is to schedule your first speech! The first project in Pathways is a 4-6 minute speech introducing yourself to the club.
To schedule your speech, or for that matter to schedule any meeting role, please use our Meeting Role Sign Up Form. You'll want to consult the Meeting Role Schedule to see on which dates roles are available.

VIP Online Toastmasters has created a powerful social media community. Members and their friends network and support one another plus follow the latest club news. We hope you will 'Like', 'Join' and 'Follow' us on as many social media platforms as you use. It's not a requirement, but as we are an online only club our social media is a major component of the VIP Online Toastmasters' club experience.
